Why Partner With Us

Your brand, inside Ghana's Python community

PyHo is the only Python conference in the Volta Region — and one of the most active Python events in Ghana. Sponsoring puts you directly in front of the people building software across West Africa.

🎯

Targeted developer reach

Every attendee is a Python practitioner — developers, data scientists, engineers, students, and technical founders. No generic conference fluff. Your brand lands with people who care about tools and technology.

🌍

Access to the West African tech market

Ghana's tech sector is growing fast. PyHo draws attendees from across the Volta Region, Greater Accra, Kumasi, and neighbouring countries. Sponsoring gives your brand meaningful exposure in a high-growth market.

🤝

Authentic community credibility

PyHo is volunteer-run and community-driven. Sponsors are seen as genuine partners in growing the ecosystem — not just logo placements. That association carries weight with developers who make purchasing decisions.

🎓

Talent pipeline access

University students, bootcamp graduates, and early-career engineers attend PyHo alongside senior professionals. It's one of the most efficient places in Ghana to meet and recruit Python talent before they're on the market.

📢

Multi-channel visibility

Your brand appears on the conference website, event signage, printed materials, social media posts, opening and closing slides, and name badges. Higher tiers unlock speaking opportunities and dedicated sponsor spotlights.

💛

Meaningful social impact

Sponsorship directly funds travel grants, the Django Girls Ho workshop, and financial assistance for attendees who couldn't otherwise afford to join. Your support doesn't just market your brand — it grows African tech.

The Audience

The Process

How to become a sponsor

From first contact to conference day, here's what to expect when you partner with PyHo 2026.

1

Get in touch

Email sponsorship@pythonho.com. Tell us about you and your company and what you're looking for — we respond within a business day.

2

Review & agree

We'll send you the full prospectus and a sponsorship agreement. We're happy to discuss custom packages if the standard tiers don't quite fit your goals.

3

Send assets

Once the agreement is signed, you'll share your logo, bio, and any messaging. We handle the rest — placement on the site, signage, slides, and any social posts agreed in your tier.

4

Show up in Ho

Bring your team to October 23–24. Your booth, speaking slot (if applicable), and sponsor pack will be ready when you arrive. We'll make the intro to the community.
